Email info@saantech.so using the subject Data Deletion Request. Include the email registered with Warisii or your WhatsApp Business Account ID so our team can identify your account.
For a demo request, include the email address you used in the demo form. Never send passwords, access tokens or verification codes.
What will be deleted?
Account deletion covers the WABA ID, access tokens, contact lists, message history and personal information associated with your Warisii workspace. A demo-request deletion covers the contact details submitted through the demo form.
Processing and confirmation
Our Privacy Policy specifies deletion of workspace data from primary and backup databases within 24 to 48 hours after a request, with email confirmation once completed. Our team handles the request; opening an email or this page does not itself delete an account.
Before you request deletion
Deletion is irreversible. You will lose your CRM data, conversation logs, templates and analytics. Make sure you are ready to lose access to the workspace before requesting account deletion.
