1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Warisii, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Warisii is built and maintained by Saantech. We enable businesses to connect and engage with their customers through the WhatsApp Business API.

If you do not agree to these terms, including Meta's WhatsApp Business Terms of Service, you may not use our services.

2. Services Offered

Warisii provides software as a CRM interface for the WhatsApp Business API. The platform offers live chat inbox capabilities, template management, broadcast campaigns, and automated replies.

Tech Provider: Saantech operates as an independent tech provider. We facilitate the software UI while you retain ownership of your customer interaction data.
3. Compliance with Meta Policies

You agree to adhere strictly to WhatsApp Commerce Policy and WhatsApp Business Policy. Warisii does not tolerate spam or abusive behavior.

  • You must obtain proper consumer consent (opt-in) before sending proactive messages.
  • You are responsible for all messages and templates transmitted under your connected WABA ID.
  • Failure to comply with WhatsApp regulations may lead to temporary or permanent bans of your Meta account.
4. Limitation of Liability

Warisii is provided "as is". While we guarantee robust reliability (99.9% SLA on enterprise plans), Saantech shall not be held liable for temporary suspension of services caused by Meta's API downtimes, compliance bans, or failure on your part to renew messaging limits.

5. Changes to the Terms

Saantech reserves the right to modify or adjust these Terms of Service at any time. We will provide users with clear notice prior to significant changes taking effect. Continued usage of Warisii implies acceptance of any modifications.
