Welcome to Warisii, a WhatsApp CRM platform developed by Saantech. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring full transparency regarding how we handle your business and customer data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our service, specifically through the WhatsApp Embedded Signup flow.

By connecting your WhatsApp Business account with Warisii, you trust us with your information. We take that responsibility seriously and maintain strict data protection practices.

2. Information We Collect

When you connect your WhatsApp Business account using our platform, we collect the following information from Meta (via official WhatsApp Business API / Graph API):

  • WhatsApp Business Account ID (WABA ID) — to uniquely identify your business account.
  • Phone Number ID and associated Phone Numbers — to manage message sending and receiving.
  • Access Tokens — temporary and long-lived tokens that enable Warisii to securely send and receive messages on your behalf.
  • Client contact lists and message history — generated during your legitimate use of our CRM (conversations, campaign logs, templates, and contacts you import or interact with).
Minimal & necessary: We only request the minimal scope of permissions required to operate the core CRM features (messaging, analytics, template management).
3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data exclusively to:

  • Provide the Warisii CRM services (sending campaigns, managing chat conversations, creating and approving message templates).
  • Authenticate your account via Meta's Graph API and maintain a secure, valid connection.
  • Maintain and improve our system's reliability, debug errors, and enhance performance — without compromising privacy.
  • Generate analytics (aggregated, non-identifiable) to help you understand your communication efficiency.

No automated decision making that significantly affects you is performed solely based on your message content. All data processing is done to fulfill the CRM service you requested.

4. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data, client lists, messaging history, or any sensitive business information with any third parties or marketing agencies. Your data is isolated and encrypted on our servers.

Limited exceptions: We may share data only when required by law, to comply with a legal obligation, or to protect the rights and safety of Saantech, our users, or the public. In such cases, disclosure is strictly limited to what is legally required.

We never share your WhatsApp Business access tokens or customer phone numbers with external platforms for advertising or analytics outside of Warisii.

5. Data Deletion Instructions (Your Right to Erasure)

You have the full right to delete your account and all associated data from our servers at any time. Once deletion is completed, we permanently remove your WABA ID, Access Tokens, Contact Lists, Message History, and any personal identifiable information linked to your Warisii workspace.

🗑️ To request data deletion, choose one of the following methods:

  • 1 Via Dashboard (instant self-service): Log in to your Warisii Dashboard → Navigate to Settings → Delete My Account → Click the "Delete Account" button and confirm. This will immediately schedule full deletion.
  • 2 Via Email request: Send an email to with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include your registered WhatsApp Business Account ID or email used for Warisii.

Upon request, we will permanently delete your WABA ID, Access Tokens, Contact Lists, and Message History from our primary and backup databases within 24 to 48 hours. A confirmation email will be sent once the deletion is completed.

⚠️ Note: After deletion, you will lose all CRM data, conversation logs, templates, and analytics. This action is irreversible.

If you have any issue accessing your dashboard, please reach out via email — we ensure manual deletion upon verified ownership.

7. Data Security & Retention

We implement industry-standard encryption (AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit) and strict access controls. Your data is retained only as long as your Warisii account is active, or as necessary to provide the service. After account deletion (as per section 5), data is purged within 48 hours. For active users, we retain conversation history to maintain continuity of your CRM, but never longer than legally required or beyond your business need.

Warisii does not store credit card or payment details — any billing is processed through secure third-party gateways without sharing your WhatsApp data.

8. Updates to this Privacy Policy

We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. If changes are significant, we will notify you via email or through a notice on your Warisii dashboard. The "Effective Date" at the top of this page will be updated accordingly. Your continued use of Warisii after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
